On behalf of the Canadian Neuro-Oncology Meeting Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Canadian Neuro-Oncology Meeting in the beautiful setting of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

This year's theme, "Advances in Neuro-Oncology: How Do We Make It Work?", reflects both the remarkable progress our field has achieved and the challenges that remain in translating scientific discoveries into meaningful improvements in patient care. From innovative therapeutics and precision diagnostics to multidisciplinary models of care, neuro-oncology continues to evolve at an extraordinary pace. Our shared responsibility is to ensure that these advances reach patients.

Over the course of this meeting, we will bring together clinicians, researchers, trainees, allied health professionals,and patient advocates from across Canada and beyond to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and foster collaborations. Through engaging scientific sessions, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues, we hope to explore not only what is changing in neuro-oncology, but how we can successfully implement these advances in everyday clinical practice and research.
